WWE's Chief Content Officer, Triple H, has announced a heartfelt charitable initiative for this year's Survivor Series. In memory of his late friend and WWE Hall of Famer, Ozzy Osbourne, Triple H revealed that all profits from the event's official theme song will be donated to Parkinson's research.

The Theme Song and the Cause

The official theme for Survivor Series 2025 is a rendition of the Black Sabbath classic "War Pigs," performed by Ozzy Osbourne and Judas Priest.

Triple H confirmed via social media that all proceeds from the sale of this specific version will be donated to two charities: The Glenn Tipton Parkinson's Foundation and Cure Parkinson's. The Glenn Tipton foundation was founded by the Judas Priest guitarist.

The cause is deeply personal, as Ozzy Osbourne passed away in July at the age of 76 after battling Parkinson's disease for more than two decades..

A Personal Tribute from Triple H

In his statement, Triple H (Paul Levesque) highlighted his personal connection to the rock legend.

"Ozzy Osbourne's music has been a part of the soundtrack of my life," Triple H wrote. "I was lucky to be a fan and eventually call him a friend". He concluded the announcement by urging WWE fans to "Support his iconic sound and this great cause. For Ozzy".

Ozzy was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021. Following his death, Triple H paid tribute, calling him "The Prince of Darkness" and joking that his late friend Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead was waiting for him.

The History of the WarGames Theme

"War Pigs" has been the theme song for Survivor Series since WWE adopted the WarGames format for the event in 2022. The original Black Sabbath version was used for the first two years, followed by a cover version by T-Pain.

This year's 39th annual Survivor Series takes place in San Diego, California, on November 29.
