Ozzy Osbourne has passed away at age 76. He wasn’t just the Prince of Darkness… he was the undisputed King of heavy metal. The icon enjoyed over 55 years at the top of the music business, from founding the legendary metal blueprinters Black Sabbath to accomplishing metal’s most acclaimed solo career.
Osbourne performed his final show just weeks before his death, raising over $190 million for charity and reuniting the original lineup of Black Sabbath after decades apart. Suffering from numerous health issues at the time, including Parkinson’s Disease, Ozzy fought a long and brave battle to return to the stage for one more night — and he received the fairytale ending a legend of his stature deserved.
Ozzy and his family also succeeded wildly in the world of television. The Osbournes pioneered the reality TV revolution and allowed the world to see the good, bad and ugly of their unscripted family life. This all led to Ozzy Osbourne making various appearances on WWE television, eventually leading to a WWE Hall of Fame induction in 2021.
As we mourn the death of a once-ever talent, we’ve put together five of Ozzy‘s best moments in WWE. Check out his segments with Superstars like Chris Jericho and Big Show, along with Ozzy‘s best musical moments in the clips below.
