MJF Mocks Lex Luger’s Disability + Abuses Fans at Starrcast

Maxwell Jacob Friedman once again proved he's a glorious scumbag at this year's Starrcast convention in Dallas, Texas. Just two days before All In: Texas, the former AEW champion took the chance to mock Lex Luger's disability while abusing numerous fans.

MJF took part in a panel at Starrcast to promote his new limited edition "Red, White and Blue" action figure. In footage captured by The Stunner, Friedman cited Lex Luger for inspiring his All-American gear, but after fans cheered for Luger, MJF responded, "Guys, why are you clapping for him? He can't even walk."

The Hurt Syndicate member also struck down a fan who interrupted him -- "I'm talking you stupid bitch."

That was just the beginning for MJF. Fan-shot footage from the convention grounds shows MJF trying to slap a phone out of an attendee's hands and calling yet another female fan a "bitch." He also apparently threw someone's hat across the room before taking a meet-and-greet photo with them.

Despite his poor behavior, MJF still managed to win the Men's Casino Gauntlet Match at All In. He'll be able to challenge for the AEW Championship at a time of his choosing.

"It was so unique and so personal," Swerve Strickland said about his blood feud with Hangman Adam Page. "It got so personal because it wasn't just two wrestlers, it's two human beings, and crossing the line of men. How far you're willing to go to push those buttons of someone that you truly hate? "It's that hatred that actually brings out the best in the product of what AEW is, in my opinion. People get uncomfortable because we pushed the line so far." 

Throughout its short lifespan, AEW has created some of the most iconic and vicious feuds in pro wrestling history. A brand that isn't afraid to turn the violence up to sickening heights, AEW has allowed its rivalries to escalate to Tarantino levels, solidifying stars like MJF and Toni Storm in the process.

"I am unapologetic about my love of... whatever you want to call it... the deathmatch style, hardcore. I love that stuff," Jon Moxley famously told Chris Van Vliet. "I understand most people are gonna think that's crap and they're not gonna want to watch that. Although I make no apologies that I like that stuff, I would never foist it upon everybody else.
